Why I teach VR: I believe in the mission of this program. I want to help the coming generations appreciate and take care of themselves in many ways, one being their sexual health. (I believe it is one of the most important.)

For fun I like: Hanging with my wife, daughter and friends, playing music, hunting, fishing, feeding birds in my yard and basically anything out in the wilderness. I love going to the mountains when I get the chance and the funds.

First crush (no last names) and what happened to them: I was in the 8th grade. I had a big case of puppy love. We dated for a few months, but he broke up with me for his old girlfriend. They ended up getting married, but I never heard if they had children. The last I saw him (which was 10 years ago) he was fat and bald.

Most embarrassing moment: A tie between acting like I was having a seizure so to get a laugh and looking up to a lady who was just standing there. She told me and the rest of the group that she had seizures and didn’t think that was funny and the time that I spoke for a youth event and had someone approach me after the event to tell me that my zipper was down.

Favorite Sports team: I am a huge sports fan, and since I have lived my entire life in Missouri, I am a huge KC Chiefs fan and Mizzou Tigers fan. I also cheer for the Royals(although they don't give me many happy moments), the Cardinals, and the Blues.

First crush (no last names) and what happened to them: Bristy in kindergarten. She moved away in 1st grade so I thought I would never see her again. Then in 3rd grade her family moved back, but things were weird then. Plus, by then there were other girls!

If you could be an animal, which would you be and why: A monkey because they seem to always be having fun and people like to watch them in the zoo. Plus, in high school my friends compared me to Rafiki in the Lion King--wise and somewhat weird!

Most embarrassing moment: I was 14 years old on a summer trip with my church youth group. We went to a water park, and I forgot to pack swimming trunks. My Youth Pastor let me borrow an extra pair he brought that was brand new. He had never worn them before. We all decided to go down the biggest slide first and I was the last of the group down. I popped up out of the water at the bottom in front of my entire youth group with see-through trunks.

Why you became a VR presenter: I love to be with teenagers, and I believe in the abstinence message. Youth need good role models and adults who care about them enough to tell them the truth.

Hobbies: Baseball fan, golfing, fishing, reading and writing, getting out of town with my wife, walks and bike rides with my daughters, camping, having coffee with friends

First crush (no last names) and what happened to them: Probably either Erin or Leslie and I started young, 1st grade! Erin and I remained friends all the way through High School and Leslie moved away in the 4th or 5th grade.
